Marcus came to repair the toilette. After I shared with him, how much it was hard for me to turn the taps of the shower because of the arthritis in my hand and fingers. He told me about 'special' taps' for patients with arthritis. He ordered the taps and came to replaced the ones I had. It was quick and easy. Marcus is not only thoughtful, but very professional, and was great with communications through text messages and calls. We all need a nice plumber like Marcus!

I had a troublesome leak that needed urgent repair. Despite calling three other local plumbers who were too busy, Marcus was kind enough to drop by in the evening to have a look. It didn't take long for him to identify and fix the problem; all whilst explaining to me the steps he would take to resolve it.
